SCS SB 1062 -- LIQUOR LICENSES FOR CATERERS

This bill allows caterers to be issued a special license to sell
liquor at certain functions.  A license valid for a maximum of 50
days during any year costs $500, with a license for an unlimited
number of functions and valid for one year costing $1,000.

Caterers issued these licenses must report the location of each
function at least three days in advance to the Supervisor of the
Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control.
